The Clinical Commissioning Group has an Anti-Fraud Team you can contact if you suspect NHS Services are subject to fraud or corruption.
Fraud and corruption in the NHS reduces the resources available and can affect the services provided to patients and the quality of care.
All concerns reported will be treated sensitively and in the strictest of confidence.
How to Report Fraud
There are a number of ways that you can report any concerns that you have to the Anti-Fraud Team.
- Complete the Fraud Reporting Form
All concerns will be investigated, and where appropriate the offenders prosecuted. It may be necessary to involve the police in any investigation.

Statement of Compliance for Bribery Act 2010
On the 1 July 2011 the Bribery Act came into force. The Bribery Act applies to all commercial and NHS organisations, and provides a new consolidated scheme of bribery offences.
The Clinical Commissioning Group is against any form of bribery, and is committed to the terms and obligations imposed by the Bribery Act. It is a duty of all our staff to consider any hospitality offered to them, inform their line manager of the offer, and to declare any such hospitality on the Gift and Hospitality Register.
When entering in to contracts with organisations the Clinical Commissioning Group follows the NHS standard terms and conditions of contract for the purchase of goods and supplies.
