The future of services: Have your say in our survey

You can have your say on the NHS in the broadest, deepest and most meaningful public discussion ever held about health care in England.

In ‘A Call to Action’ to the public, the NHS is asking people to get involved in feeding back their personal opinions, experiences and stories as part of this discussion.

Together, Shropshire and Telford and Wrekin clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) are providing opportunities for people to take part in a number of ways.

You can fill in an online survey on this site and you can also join us at our planned ‘Call to Action’ joint conference in November where you will be able to discuss issues with local health leaders face-to- face.

We are arranging other engagement activities as well to help gather views.

Feedback from the survey, our conference and our other engagement work will be used to develop a future vision for the health service nationally and locally.

The online survey will close on 4 November 2013. For further information on the call to action take a look at our  pdf presentation. (2.36 MB)

The conference will take place on 25 November 2013 at the Telford International Centre. Registration for the joint conference will open in the next few weeks. Keep checking this page to find out more about the conference.
