Online GP consultations: Surveys now open
NHS England is seeking views from GPs, practice teams and members of the public on what people think about the idea of online consultations so we can improve the service and increase the availability and use. Online consultations are a way for patients to contact their GP practice without having to wait on the phone or take time out to come into the practice. There are two short online surveys which CCGs are asked to share with practices, partners and on their own websites. One for GPs and practice teams and one for patients. Surveys open on 8 May and close on 15 June 2018. Communications resources have been provided.
Pharmaceutical Needs Assesment (PNA)
The local Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) is a document that outlines services and ensures that pharmaceutical services across Telford and Wrekin meet the needs of the population and that they are in the correct locations to support local residents.
The PNA is used to inform decisions when commissioning new community pharmacy services.
