GP Patient Survey

The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey, run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of NHS England.  The survey is a national survey about patients experience at their local NHS Services.  Not every patient will receive a survey, but if you do, it is important that you complete the survey.  The survey will be going out to patients from 6th January 2020 and they must be completed and returned by 31st March 2020.

If you are a patient that receives a survey, you can either complete the paper copy, or you can access the survey online at https://gp-patient.co.uk/received-survey-open.

If you are a patient who receives a survey, and English is not your first language, then you can access the survey online https://gp-patient.co.uk/received-survey-open and choose your own language

This is your chance to provide your views on your GP practice, it is completely anonymous and the GP can use the results of the survey to improve their practice and your experience.
